Ankur completed his B.Com from Dayal Singh college, Delhi University along with L.L.B from Mewar Law Institute, affiliated to CCS (Chaudhary Charan Singh) University.
Ankur hails from a family with strong law background, mother Mrs. Meera Chhibber was Member (J) in Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (Retd.) for 10 years and father Shri. Arun Chhibber, Inspector General of Police (Retd.).

Ankur had the privilege of working as an intern with Mr. S. K. Sharma, Advocate, where he learnt trial work, drafting of counter affidavits, writ petition, suits, etc.
Ankur also worked with Ms. Jyoti Singh, the then Senior Advocate, who was the standing counsel for UPSC and GNCT of Delhi in Central Administrative Tribunal, Senior Govt. counsel for Union of India and Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) and panel lawyer for GNCTD in the High Court of Delhi as well. He gained rich experience in drafting writ petitions and counter affidavits and arguing the matters in the Hon’ble High Court, Tribunals and various other courts while working with her.
